Cancellations & Conditions

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before departure are free of charge.

• For cancellations within 48 hours before departure, we charge 100% of the agreed one-way price.

• The return transfer can still be canceled free of charge.

Prices & Surcharges

• At Innsbruck Airport, no extra fees are charged in case of flight delays.

• The price includes 30 minutes of free waiting time in case of delays.

• For delays over 30 minutes, if the driver is available to wait longer, a small surcharge is added on site.
